Are any other products available?
If you cannot find the item you are looking for please email us on sales@bubblecosmetics.com and we try and source the item you are looking for.
  
How do I order?
Select 'Add to Cart' to add an item to your shopping cart.  A summary of items in your basket will then be shown.  To order select 'Checkout' or to to look for more items select 'Continue Shopping'.  In the Checkout section you will be asked to provide your personal details along with your credit/debit card details.  Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified at the checkout section.
  
Why hasn't the mini shopping basket on the homepage updated with my selected items?
Depending on your PC settings, you may need to refresh the page in order for the basket to reflect your selected items.
  
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, when entering your personal details you will get an opportunity to say whether you would like the item to your own or a different delivery address.
 
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Solo.
You can also pay using a Paypal account.
 
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery to Mainland UK -  £2.95 - Royal Mail - FREE on orders over £ 30.00
Upgrade to - UK Next Working Day + £3.00 (£5.95)
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Offshore UK Islands - £10 (per order)
EU - £20 (per order)
USA or Canada - £35 (up to 10kg, and £5 for each 5kg item)

How long will delivery take?
Delivery to UK addresses should take a maximum of 2 working days.
Delivery to EU countries should take a maximum of 7 working days.
Delivery to the USA should take a maximum of 14 working days.
 
Do you sell overseas?
We currently sell to the UK, European Union (EU) countries, Canada and the United States of America (USA).
 
Can I return an item if it is not suitable?
Unless the item clearly states otherwise, we operate a 'no hassle' exchange or return policy.  Please review our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.
 
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us explaining the reason for the return. We will review your email and instruct you accordingly.  Items must be returned with a royal mail recorded tracking code.

Do you give bulk order discounts?
Discounts are available on bulk orders please email us for a quote. Discounts are also available for public organisations and charities.
